Real life customer experiences when renting in retirement
Every company will tell you how good they are. But, at My Future Living, we believe in going the extra mile to seek out our customer’s opinions. Renting in retirement is becoming increasingly popular and we’ve asked some of our customers why.
How My Future Living gain customer feedback
When a customer moves in to their new rented retirement apartment, we give them some time to settle in. After three months of living within the retirement community, we then send out a survey via email to see how they’re getting on.
It’s a short survey, with questions carefully selected to ensure that if any assistance is needed, we can provide this. There is also space for anecdotal and additional feedback in their own words.
We also send out a yearly survey to all of our customers. We read each and every response and forward any areas of concern on to the relevant teams to advise and assist.
As part of these surveys, we ask if customers would like to share their experiences further with us. We then interview them and get some in-depth feedback that we can share with others.
