1. Promoter
This promotion is offered by My Future Living (trading name of ReSI Property Management Limited).
2. Eligibility The offer is open to new tenants who sign a tenancy agreement for a residential rental property marketed and managed by My Future Living.
3. Qualifying Period To qualify, the tenancy must commence in 2026.
4. Qualifying Properties The promotion applies only to selected rental properties marketed by My Future Living and is subject to availability.
5. Offer Incentive Qualifying tenants will receive one £150 supermarket voucher per tenancy. Tenants may choose from: Sainsbury’s, M&S, Asda, Waitrose or Aldi.
6. Payment & Issue of Voucher The voucher will be issued within 30 days of the tenancy start date, provided that:
- The tenancy agreement has been fully executed.
- The first month’s rent and deposit have been paid in full.
- The tenant has moved into the property.
7. Postage Requirement The voucher will be posted to the My Future Living property associated with the tenancy. My Future Living accepts no responsibility for postal issues or delays.
8. Data Protection / GDPR Email addresses and personal data provided for the purpose of this promotion will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and My Future Living’s Privacy Policy. Data will be used solely for administering the promotion and issuing the voucher, and will not be used for marketing purposes without the tenant’s explicit consent.
9. Tenancy Compliance If the tenancy is cancelled, or rent falls into arrears within the first three months, My Future Living reserves the right to withdraw or reclaim the voucher.
10. Non‑Transferable The voucher is non‑exchangeable, non‑transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
11. Limitations Only one voucher will be issued per tenancy agreement, regardless of the number of tenants named.
12. Availability My Future Living reserves the right to substitute the voucher with an alternative of equal or greater value if any of the listed supermarket vouchers become unavailable.
13. Amendment & Withdrawal My Future Living reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
14. General By participating in this promotion, tenants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
