Terms and conditions – One Month Rent Free
- My Future Living are offering one month rent free on selected properties.
- One months’ rent, inclusive of charges, will be deducted from the rental payments. The occupier shall be liable for all other ongoing rental payments.
- Offer is only valid on assured tenancy rents and 12 month or longer assured shorthold tenancy rent or a standard occupation contract in Wales.
- The occupier will be responsible for paying the security deposit where required.
- For tenancies/contracts starting mid-month the discount will apply to the first full month’s payment, part months will be charged to the occupier pro rata.
- A holding deposit will be required to secure the property, this will be used against future rent payments.
- Not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
- Offer may be withdrawn at any time by My Future Living.
