Terms and conditions – One Month Rent Free
1. Promoter
This promotion is offered by My Future Living (trading name of ReSI Property Management Limited).
2. Eligibility The offer is open to new tenants who sign a qualifying tenancy agreement for a residential rental property marketed and managed by My Future Living.
3. Qualifying Period To qualify, the tenancy must commence on or before January 31st 2027.
4. Qualifying Properties The promotion applies only to selected rental properties marketed by My Future Living and is subject to availability.
5. Offer Details One months’ rent, inclusive of charges, will be deducted from the rental payments due at the beginning of the tenancy.
The tenant/contract holder will be liable for ongoing rental payments after this rent free period.
6. Part-Month Tenancies For tenancies/occupation contracts starting mid-month, the discount will apply to the first full month’s payment. Part months will be charged to the occupier pro rata.
7. Deposits A holding deposit will be required to secure the property. This will be used against future rent payments. Where applicable, the occupier will also be responsible for paying the security deposit.
8. Tenancy Compliance If the tenancy/occupation contract is cancelled or rent falls into arrears within the first three months, My Future Living reserves the right to withdraw the offer.
9. Data Protection / GDPR Personal data provided for the purpose of this promotion will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and My Future Living’s Privacy Policy. Data will be used solely for administering the promotion, and will not be used for marketing purposes without the tenant’s explicit consent.
10. Non-Transferable The offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. Only one rent-free month may be applied per tenancy agreement, regardless of the number of tenants names. Not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
11. Amendment & Withdrawal My Future Living reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
12. General By participating in this promotion, tenants/contract-holders agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Addendum: Application to Welsh Properties:
For properties located in Wales, this promotional offer applies in accordance with the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 and all associated regulations.
- The term “contract-holder” is used in place of “tenant”.
- The term “occupation contract” is used in place of “tenancy agreement”.
- The offer is an incentive only and does not form part of the written statement unless explicitly included.
- All property management activities will continue to be carried out by ReSI Property Management Limited, a licensed agent under Rent Smart Wales.
