Terms and conditions – Two year rent freeze
- My Future Living are offering a 2 year rent freeze on selected properties.
- It will be agreed between the tenant and the Landlord that the first rent review will take place on the 2nd anniversary of the tenancy. The occupier shall be liable for all other ongoing rental payments.
- Offer is only valid on assured tenancy rents and 12 month or longer assured shorthold tenancy rent or a standard occupation contract in Wales.
- The occupier will be responsible for paying the security deposit where required.
- A holding deposit will be required to secure the property, this will be used against future rent payments.
