Award Winning: My Future Living is the winner of the best customer service award for 2023.
The Retirement Living Awards aims to celebrate successes within retirement communities. Focusing on innovation, quality and assurance in the best retirement housing projects.
Why My Future Living won the award…
When My Future Living was founded, there was a focus to ensure the consistency of service for their customers. They employed the exceptional staff team that our customers were used to speaking with, providing additional reassurance.
Property Director, Dominic Stead (pictured on the right) and Emma Stallabrass, Void Programme and Projects Coordinator (pictured in the middle) collected the award in October 2023.
The awards are judged by independent industry experts. Up to five judges will liaise on each category before voting separately on their chosen winner. The votes are then counted to select the overall winner.

Safe and secure, all of our homes have a 24 hour careline in each apartment. We also have on-site managers who look after the buildings.
