Maintenance Co-ordinator

A great opportunity to join a busy administration department organising and implementing repairs and refurbishment of retirement rental flats. The role involves ensuring that contractors have completed repairs and maintenance work both within budget and in time for the flats to be let to incoming tenants. The successful candidate will need to be able to communicate professionally whether by email, phone or post, liaising with tenants, their families, contractors and development managers to facilitate the necessary works within the Landlord client’s required budget.

We are looking for someone who is organised, conscientious, focused and confident. Some understanding of the lettings process would be useful but not essential. You should thrive working as part of a team and have good IT skills.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £18,900.00-£21,000.00 per year dependant on experience
